Samsung Becomes a Corporate Member of COCIR

COCIR* today announced that Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, has become a COCIR corporate member and is now active in the healthcare sector following a merger in 2011 with Medison, who was an associate member of COCIR in the past years.  

Samsung now produces a range of related products, from in-vitro diagnostics and digital radiography to ultrasound and transducers through Samsung Medison and Samsung Electronics Health & Medical Equipment Business.
